Utilizing classical hatha yoga postures, deep relaxation, and meditation, this class helps cultivate mindfulness, body awareness, and creativity. Yoga is especially good for teens as it may reduce growing pains, increase flexibility, and support posture. These 75-minute classes introduce techniques to strengthen the cardiovascular system, tone and stretch the muscles, and improve mental fitness.
