Begin your yoga journey in our 2-week Absolute FUNdamental Series, a fun and comprehensive introduction to Grinning Yogi vinyasa flow. These classes build on each other, creating an awesome foundation from which you can spring into our other class offerings.

Groove through the full spectrum of yoga practice with sun salutations, warrior poses and breathing techniques, too. Ready your body for balancing, back bending, twisting, forward bending and restorative final relaxation. Learn to make this practice uniquely yours!

Also, our staff will simple modifications designed uniquely for your practice can deepen your postures and help you grow progressively and injury-free!

Pay-per-class Option: $20/class

PLEASE NOTE: This 2 week series is meant to be attended for all of the dates listed. There are no substitutions or make-up dates. However, you may drop-in any week.


Week 1: Viva Vinyasa!—We decode the “vinyasa” by breaking it down to the foundations. Learn proper alignment for down dog, plank, and cobra. With sweet foundations and safe transitions you'll be amazed at how these posture build strength and stability!

Week 2: Win the Warrior!—Learn the alignment and energetics of the fundamental vinyasa lunging postures including: Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Devotional Warrior and Peaceful Warrior. Focus is on aligning to YOUR body so that your feet, knees and hips feel strong and connected.
