Kadampa Meditation Center Washington says
This evening: developing equanimity for all people. Normally we feel attraction to some people, aversion to others, and a vast indifference to most. This unbalanced attitude leads us to unbalanced actions, often creating negative karma. It hampers our ability to develop universal love and compassion. This evening we will explain ways of thinking that help us develop equanimity toward others and then meditate on this understanding.

Teacher: Thomas Unger
