Guitar music that is delicate, dynamic, serious and often whimsical flow from Tracy Moore and his 12 string guitar. Trained in Classical Guitar and Renaissance Lute,
Moore's reputation as a premier 12 string guitarist has attracted the attention of the national press, including Guitar Player and Acoustic Guitar Magazine. Moore is known for two seminal 12-string guitar albums he released in the early 1990s — “A Peculiar Point of Balance” and “Skypiece.” Moore's mesmerizing melodies are created by striking the 12 strings of his guitar individually, rather than in pairs, allowing for a wider range of texturing and melodic possibilities, creating Tracy’s signature sound.
