Winter Weekends: Art Encounters In The Park says
Create. Think. Meet.

SAM’s Art Encounters in the Park explore performance, social sculpture, and collective participation. These programs were designed to provide the audience with an opportunity to help create performance and build environments in response to the Olympic Sculpture Park.

#SAMWinter events are free and open to the public. RSVPs are requested: visitsam.org/winter.

Saturday March 19
Program begins at 7pm

Participate in an evening with artist Natalie Riha, highlighting a socially-engaged, hybrid use of art and design. Her concepts are often motivated by food and designed objects that operate from simplicity and communal activity.

Riha builds cooperative environments in public spaces—micro-architecture, community building, and collaborative making all play roles in her interdisciplinary practice.

Free. RSVP requested: http://www.seattleartmuseum.org/winter#maradults.
