XPERT Pole Fitness Level 3 & 4 is our next step in Pole Fitness. This course is designed and developed to expand on the foundations of pole fitness covered in Level 1&2. Ideal for instructors who want to expand their knowledge and take their instruction to new heights by introducing new inversions and intermediate maneuvers.

*Note: The successful completion of Level 1 &2 is a required pre-requisite for registration for Level 3 & 4.

This exciting and interactive training emphasizes correcy form, appropriate spotting, smooth transitions with clear and concise instruction. Level 3&4 encompasses the technical aspects of pole fitness through the introduction of more advanced techniques that require precise skill and training.
