Yin Yoga is a simple and passive practice that complements any dynamic and heating (yang) activity that you are involved in. Each pose generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine, where most of us are the tightest. We’ll move through postures slowly, holding them for about 2-7 minutes, giving your body time to open up and experience the sensation of the pose.
