hauteyoga Queen Anne
This workshop is a great way to balance out the yang activities (Hatha or Vinyasa yoga, running, cycling, kayaking, hiking, walking, swimming etc.) you do on a regular basis. A simple, passive practice that is great for focusing on the connective tissues, joints and ligaments. We’ll move through postures slowly, holding them for about 2-5 minutes, giving your body time to open up and experience the sensation of the pose. You will walk away from this class feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
Bonus: There will be gentle, live music to serenade you through this experience!
