Yoga In The Park #4 says
12:00-12:30: Beginner posture review
12:30-2pm: Vinyasa Flow

I'll be offering an all levels donations based class (free - pay what you want). If you've never done yoga before, this is a great time to get your feet wet. I'll provide a lot of instruction and modifications for postures and will start with more basic beginner postures. For those who are more experienced, after a good introductory warm up I'll offer a vinyasa flow to get your bodies warm, and to move into some more intermediate/advanced postures. I've been inspired to create a service industry focused style class; however, it will be applicable and accessible to everyone.

Feel free to come for all or part of it--- I'll modify the plan according to who shows up and what you're all comfortable with and looking for.

Bring some layers, sunscreen, a yoga mat or towel or blanket (you can always just practice in the grass), water, an open mind, a friend...etc.

Hope to see some of you! Let's try to meet in the grass across from the conservatory.

"Yoga, an ancient but perfect science, deals with the evolution of humanity. This evolution includes all aspects of one's being, from bodily health to self realization. Yoga means union - the union of body with consciousness and consciousness with the soul. Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day to day life and endows skill in the performance of one's actions."
