Boyangsik is the name for a variety of healthy Korean specialties made to invigorate and revitalize the body and mind especially during the stressful summer season. The five-course menu includes croaker hoe sashimi from Jeolla Province with pepper paste espuma (froth), octopus juk (porridge), garlic steamed chicken, roasted eel and a marsh snail soup, and acorn pudding and ice cream as dessert.
