Chinese Dim Sum Chef Invitation @ The Courtyard Mariott Seoul Namdaemun

The head dim sum chef of Man Ho Chinese restaurant at the JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central will be coming to Korea this fall. The buffet restaurant MoMo Café at the Courtyard Marriott Namdaemun will host a dim sum feast lead by the chef who has over 20 year of experience in creating the tasty delight. The menu will include ancient dim sums: half-moon dumplings (which are perfect with tea) widely enjoyed in Guangdong province; xiu mai filled with shrimp, mushrooms and cabbage; traditional Chinese buns with pork BBQ; baked egg tarts, Guangdong style sponge cake, steamed tofu with abalone sauce, baked durian cake and coconut pudding, among others.
