Chwi-hong’s Signature Menus at Ritz Carlton Seoul

Ritz Carlton Seoul’s Chinese restaurant, Chwi-hong, has gathered their best-selling dishes and incorporated them into one set meal for the month of December. The nutty and soft lobster with garlic butter sauce, fan mussels with chives, juicy Hanwoo (Korean beef) with a black pepper sauce, chewy sea cucumber with green onions and many other dishes are included on the list.
