Served in a coconut shell, this dessert is made of shaved coconut ice, frozen coconut water and savory coconut milk topped with chewy coconut jelly. By serving it with crunchy coconut shavings on the side, you’re able to experience three different kinds of textures at once. Their tiramisu bingsu, inspired by the hotel’s signature dessert of tiramisu, is another dish worth trying. On top of the shaved frozen milk, they add mascarpone cheese mousse and top it with sweet cocoa powder.
