2 brilliant chefs from the Meridien Hotel Gurgaon will be making a trip to Seoul to present an Indian feast at the Sheraton D Cube City Hotel. A variety of Indian Masala spices and traditional ingredients are sure to be used by these chefs for the anticipated feast. Tikkas (meats and vegetables marinated in different spices), kebabs, curries of several different varieties, as well as nans will be on the list.
