Jun Yokomori is currently the head chef of Shunsai Mozu in Korea. With over 25 years of culinary experience at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, Grand Hyatt Dubai and Singapore and many more, he has earned the title as maestro of Kappo style Japanese cuisine. At Timber House, he will be serving an 8-course dinner (with sake paring for an additional 50,000 won) using the finest seasonal ingredients including Matsutake mushrooms, sea bream and sweet shrimp, among others. Reservations must be made in advance.
