Chef Jong-Hui Park of the Japanese restaurant, Mikado, is presenting a full course meal with hand-selected blowfish. For the FUKU course, you get a total of nine different dishes, including blowfish vinaigrette salad, blowfish clear soup, blowfish sashimi, blowfish sushi, grilled blowfish marinated in galbi sauce, fried blowfish and blowfish and vegetable hot pot. At the very end of the meal, chef Jong-Hui Park will prepare a special dessert for you. You can enjoy a variety of blowfish cuisine other than the course meal, and even get some hot hirezake with a charred blowfish fin inside.
