Nurungji-Tang Special Menu at the Grand Hilton Seoul

There will be two set menus that both incorporate Chinese-inspired nurungji-tang and other matching dishes. Set A includes oyster nurungi-tang, spicy shrimp, halibut with XO sauce, Guang-dong meat dishes and more. Set B includes wild matsutake nurungji-tang, shrimp with a crab meat sauce, sea bream with XO sauce, Guang-dong lamb dishes and more.
