There are three different types of bingsus sold here: Mango bingsu, made of shaved frozen milk topped with three slices of fresh mango and decorated with fruits and macarons; berry bingsu, served with sweet and sour strawberries and blueberries; and injeolmi bingsu, which has the traditional taste of injeolmi rice cakes and bean powder. Red bean sauce is already used in the injeolmi bingsu, but it is served on the side for the other bingsus.
