A Singaporean Hokkien-style cuisine festival will be held at the all-day dining restaurant Café 395. Singaporeanstyle seafood noodles, Singaporean braised pork and desserts made of milk and sweet fruits will be added to the restaurant's usual buffet items. Chefs Goh Kwee Huat and Pang Cheah Sing from the Orchard Hotel in Singapore were specially invited to come and create these culinary delights.
