At the Sky Lounge Italian Restaurant & Bar on the 30th floor, there will be a special course menu honoring the rich tastes of Verona, birthplace of Romeo and Juliet. Chef Fedrico Rossi, trained in Venice, has created the menu himself. The even-course meal starts with a seafood dish with octopus and shrimp and continues with lentil soup, cappelletti with duck filling and cheese fondue, steak with porcini mushrooms and strawberry sorbet and finished off with a chocolate cake and meringue for dessert.
