Buena Vista Social club Adios Tour

This is the actual band that was depicted in the Oscar-nominated documentary Buena Vista Social club(1999) by director Wim Wenders. This legendary Cuban band has been on their “Adi.s Tour” since June. Take a listen to their song "Chan Chan,” and regardless of what your favorite genre of music it, this will have you dancing. They sold over 8 million records with their music that is filled with the splendid colors of Cuba, which impressed the world enough for them to make it all the way to Carnegie Hall. The band has continued to perform and make music with new recruits, as some of the members have passed away since their start in 1996. However, this year, they finally made an official announcement at a press conference that they would temporarily disband. Since then, they have been touring the world one last time.
