Human-sized dolls aren’t always creepy. If you’ve yet to believe they can be artistic, you’ve yet to see the designs and proportions of Dudapavia Company’s creations. This contemporary dance company from the Netherlands has been known to incorporate life-size puppets, mixed with larger-than-life costumes and ventriloquism; and you’ll hardly be able distinguish the puppets from the dancers. (But beware; if you bring your own life-size doll, people will shoot you strange looks.)
