Time Out says

Did you ever have that friend that you couldn’t take with you to the ballet because he or she couldn’t handle the formality? (Have you been that friend?) Making art more accessible since 1998 is the Seoul Fringe Festival, first held in the Daehangno district, now coming to you at the Seoul World Cup Stadium. They have renounced their recent title as “the festival that stands outside Hongik University” and are now moving their variety of art installations, theater and music shows to the Seoul World Cup Stadium area. Thirteen teams have been preparing all throughout the month of July as part of a temporary art residency. Come out of your shell and to this art scene happening at the Seoul Fringe Festival.
