The College of Arts & Sciences Recognition Ceremony

Brookings Quadrangle

The College of Arts & Sciences Recognition Ceremony takes place the Thursday before our University-wide Commencement. At the Recognition Ceremony, each graduating College of Arts & Sciences student will be recognized by name, process across the stage, and have his or her photo taken with Chancellor Mark S. Wrighton.

1. Tickets are not needed for the Recognition Ceremony in the Brookings Quadrangle.
2. The Brookings Quadrangle is a grassy, outdoor venue with bricked walkways.
3. Alternate Viewing will be available in the following locations: January 110, Brown 100, Busch 100.
4. The Ceremony will be available for viewing at college.artsci.wustl.edu
5. Graduates pick up their academic attire at the Campus Store, 5/11 - 5/13, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m..
6. Graduates will be recognized individually.
7. A professional photographer will photograph each graduate. The proofs are typically emailed to students shortly after the ceremony.
8. The Ceremony should conclude about 11:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT! In order to graduate in May, every student must file an Intent to Graduate form which can be found in WebSTAC.
