This month's LINGGO brunch is a collaboration with Chef Yana
Gilbuea of SALO, a series of pop-up dinners that have helped spread the love of Filipino food all over the world.

We have done pop-up dinners with Yana in the past when we were just a food truck. We are excited that we now have a space to host this time as well. If you were lucky enough to attend our past collaborations, you know that the chemistry between SALO and GSF is magical.

This time will be SALO's first brunch pop-up and Chef Brian Hardesty and Chef Yana Gilbuena are cooking up a totally new and unique menu just for you. And it isn't bunch without cocktails, so our friends COCKTAILS ARE GO! are back with deliciously crafted drinks to wash it all down with.

MENU

1. Pandesal Doughnuts: with calamansi curd, coconut sugar, peppermint.
2.Taho: silken tofu, pineapple marinated tapioca, basil and macerated local strawberries.
3.Tortang Talong: Eggplant omelette with salsa verde.
4.Danggit: Dried trout with tomato salad.
5.Tocino: Pork cured in pineapple, anise, soy sauce and sugar.
6.Fresh tapa: Beef marinated in soy, sugar, black pepper and calamansi.
7.Itlog Na Maalat: salted duck egg salad with sun gold tomatoes and red onion.
8.Champorado Balls: sweet rice with dark chocolate and injected with sweetened condensed milk
