The Dubstep Is Dead Tour started in the Fall of 2014 and featured the likes of Hatcha, J:Kenzo, Sleeper, Biome, Thelem, EshOne, SEVEN, Joe Nice, Bukez Finest, p0gman, sMILOdon, Bommer, SubOxyde and many more. We call came together to focus on the roots of Dubstep, Riddim and Reggae...this year will be no different! The Dubstep is Dead Tour will focus primarily on UK influenced Dubstep that originated in the late 90s and early 2000s. Each artist is hand selected each show to suite the style of the evening. Please expect high quality productions and proper sound at each event as we like to focus on low frequencies!
The first stop on the Dubstep is Dead Spring Tour of 2016 is TRASHBAT! We will also be having an official album release party for jWiRE's newest on DEEP TUNA! The entire night is laced with the most melodic artists to complement Trashbat as we welcome him to St Louis for the first time! Bring your dancin shoes and your chastity belt....it's gonna get sexy!

Over the past few years Trashbat has built a solid reputation for his original compositions and DJ sets, specializing in a unique, forward thinking brand of electronic music, taking influence from Jazz, Blues, and HipHop, composed at and around the 140bpm "dubstep" beat range, and has become a well respected artist on the dubstep scene.
He has performed across the UK and Europe, in countries such as; Belgium, Slovenia, Greece, Holland, Portugal, and shows no sign of slowing down, with more performances throughout 2015 across the UK and Europe, and a debut tour in the USA in spring.
Trashbat has released music on MindStep label imprint, along with other independent labels Chord Marauders, and Deep Heads, both digitally and physical in store on CD, and has since built up a loyal following, with digital releases reaching no.1 on the Juno Download, and Digital-Tunes dubstep charts respectively, and gaining regular support from UK radio stations such as BBC 1Xtra, Kiss 100, and Rinse FM, and great vocal support from top tier DJs such as, B.Traits, Hatcha, J Kenzo, Phaeleh, Ruckspin, Bun Zer0, Soulection, Distance, and more.
