Almost everyone wants to feel their best and live a long life full of energy and enjoyment. Many people express that they want to eat more vegetables, exercise, and meditate, but they just don't have the time, they feel alone, don't know where to start, or can't afford healthy food. The Plant Powered Life Program uses a 5-Step Process (detailed below) to help you overcome these challenges. In addition to the benefits of working with a Health Coach, you will have the support and accountability of the group (8-12 participants). Opportunities for sharing with the group will be provided both through group sessions as well as our Private Facebook Group.

1. Knowledge
It is important for you to understand how food affects your cells and organs while dispelling myths about protein, carbohydrates, fats, calcium in plant based foods. Understand that eating vegetables does NOT mean you will be starving or missing out on nutrients.

2. Planning for Success
Learn the simplest way for you to plan ahead, have pantry staples available, and identify optimal times for exercise, shopping, and cooking. We also address handling social situations surrounding food.

3. Intuitive Cooking
Following recipes is great, but in this program you will learn the basics of how to successfully prepare food without a recipe. Learn to combine flavors, textures and ingredients while maximizing nutrient density! Some group sessions will include demonstrations and tastings.

4. Break Food Addictions
Addictions and emotional ties to food can be extremely difficult to overcome. This program can empower you with the support, knowledge, and tools to tackle your food addictions and leave them powerless over you.

5. Stress Management
Many of us underestimate the dangerous affects that daily stress can have on our healthy and happiness. Learn simple techniques for stress management including meditation. Simple and brief meditation instruction will be included in some group meetings as well as audio for use at home.
