A midweek morning yoga class promoting energy and focus.

Awaken your mind and body with a gentle and effective systematic yoga sequence. Leave feeling cool, calm, collected, and ready to take on the rest of your week!

This class is free for Nebula members and non members ARE WELCOME! A minimum $5 donation is suggested for non members.

Wednesday morning yoga will be ongoing. Facebook only allows ongoing events to have a two week duration. We will be updading the event page every week with current dates and other information.

Suggested arrival time is between 7:45 and 7:55am to assure an 8am start. Non members can enter the building through the main entrance by dialing #01 at the call box. Class will be held in the Event Space.

Constance has been teaching self-empowerment through the tools of yoga and meditation since 2012, and has been dedicated to her own practice for over a decade.
With an emphasis on physical alignment and the therapeutic benefits of kinetic modalities, she's been classically trained in India and Nepal in the ancient eastern wisdom traditions.
In addition to her time immersed in the East, Constance's teachings come from her own personal transformation, and experience serving others to find their authentic path to deep happiness and satisfaction.
