The collaboration pairs Thai and Vietnamese flavours in a menu of Siam-Viet cocktails created by Firkin Bar Manager Jib Thananya and senior mixologist Tommy Phat, whose combined competition credentials are almost as impressive as the beachfront setting.

Expect bold Southeast Asian flavours, contemporary techniques and sunset drinks with a stunning sea view. The event takes place at Akoya, the stylish beach lounge at V Villas Hua Hin, making this an easy excuse for a coastal escape built around cocktails rather than checklists.
