Since 2009, Creatively Wild Arts Studio (CWAS) has helped fuel the makers among us, hosting hands-on art classes for kids, teens and adults, as well as camps, birthday parties and special workshops. Sure to get you in the holiday spirit, the creative team behind the studio are inviting all to get wild!
As the final night of our Holiday Craft Night Series at Time Out Market New York, Dumbo, on December 17, Creative Wild is inviting you and the whole family to a kid-friendly watercolor paint night. Using the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges as the muse, instructors will guide students through hands-on watercolor class. As they create, instructors will provide lessons on washes, layering and fine brush details, all to help your artistically-inclined kiddo to create a magical winter mood. All Picasso's will go home with a framed winter masterpiece, making for a perfect keepsake or gift for that special someone.
Tickets are $40 per craft, and provides entry for one child and accompanying caregiver. All materials—paper, palettes, brushes and a mounting surface—are included in the ticket price. Suggested ages for participation are eight and up, and children must be accompanied by a caregiver at all times during the event. Register here.
