Founded in 2011, Puppetsburg is a female artist-owned and operated company that has hosted fun, culturally relevant puppet shows for kids of all ages. And now, their interactive show is coming to Dumbo.
On Sunday, December 7, and Friday, December 19, Puppetsburg will be hosting two free shows at Time Out Market New York, Dumbo. The 45-minute shows will surely entertain your little one with dancing, instruments and bubble time. Kids can even play dress up and get one-on-one time with their cast of handmade puppets, including their "celebrity" puppets like Greta Thunberg, Frida Kahlo and Bob Dylan. More than just a fun time, the show regularly explores concepts suitable for children, such as counting, simple vocabulary and hygiene. Puppetsburg is a uniquely contemporary puppet show that is entertaining for infants, toddlers and parents alike.
Tickets are free and are only required for kids and adults. Only one adult per child, please.
