What is Time Out Market?
Think of it as a little bit of New York under one roof.
The editors of Time Out New York seek out the chefs, restaurants, bartenders and cultural experiences that make the city worth talking about. We bring some of those favorites together in one place, so you can try a few different things without having to cross town.
Time Out Market started in Lisbon in 2014 and has since opened in cities around the world. Time Out Market Union Square is our second location in New York—and the first time we've had two Markets in the same city.
Where is Time Out Market Union Square located?
You can find us at 124 East 14th Street, between 3rd and 4th Avenues, on the east side of Union Square Park.
We're surrounded by everything that makes this part of downtown so lively, from shops to theaters, NYU and the Union Square Greenmarket. Union Square Park is just a short walk away, and we're easy to reach by subway.

What are the opening hours?
We're open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM, so there's plenty of time to stop by for coffee, lunch, happy hour, dinner or a drink.
Just getting here close to closing?
Kitchen last call is 30 minutes before closing, while the bar takes last call 15 minutes before closing.
Is there parking available?
We don't have on-site parking, but you'll find public garages and metered street parking in the neighborhood.
Taking the subway is probably your easiest bet. We're near the Union Square–14th Street station, which is served by the L, N, Q, R, W, 4, 5 and 6 trains.
Is Time Out Market Union Square family-friendly?
Absolutely. Bring your family and friends.
Our communal seating makes it easy for families and groups to sit together, and several of our kitchens have options for younger diners and picky eaters.

Of course! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Market. So whether you're answering a few emails over coffee, meeting up with a friend or just need to scroll for a minute, you're covered.
Can I make a reservation?
For everyday dining, we're first come, first served. No reservation necessary—just come on in, find a table and order what you're craving.

Is the Market accessible?
Yes. Time Out Market Union Square is fully ADA accessible, with accessible entrances, restrooms and wide pathways throughout the Market.
Can I bring my pet?
Service animals are welcome inside the Market. Bringing your four-legged friend along? Pets are welcome in our outdoor seating areas.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes. We accept U.S. dollars, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How do I order food and drinks?
Each kitchen has its own counter and menu. Pick what you're in the mood for, place your order and find a seat. We'll let you know when your food is ready.

You can also scan the QR code at your table and have your order brought right to you. Make sure to download the app for rewards!
Can I get food to go?
Absolutely. Many of our kitchens can package your order to take with you.
Need it delivered instead?
We've partnered exclusively with Grubhub for delivery around New York City.
Are the bars open at the same time as the kitchens?
Yes. Our bars are open alongside the kitchens, serving cocktails, wine, beer and seasonal drinks. Happy Hour is daily from 4–7pm.
If you're hanging around until close, remember that bar last call is 15 minutes before closing.
What kind of events happen at the Market?
A little bit of everything.
