Let's Do bRUNch!

This March, NYC's The Most Informal Running Club Ever (TMIRCE) teams up with Time Out Market Union Square, and movement specialist Ezra Goh for a weekly Saturday morning ritual: Let’s Do bRUNch!

Tight hips? Sleepy glutes? Ankles that feel like they’re negotiating? Goh will be on site each week to warm you up, cool you down and help troubleshoot whatever your running body is trying to tell you. First timer? All paces welcome—no pressure, no pace policing, just good people. Post workout, participants will meet back at the Time Out Market for coffee, brunch and a good hang. So come solo or bring your running buddy. And certainly bring your appetite.

The first of this series will be held starting March 7th and extends through all Saturdays in March. The event starts at 9:30am. The run club is free to attend.
