Monday–Wednesday: 4pm–9pm (last reservation at 9pm)
Thursday–Friday: 12pm–9pm (last reservation at 9pm)
Saturday: 10am–8pm (last reservation at 8pm)
Sunday: 10am–6pm (last reservation at 6pm)

Reservations begin at the top of each hour and last 40 minutes.

The Fonda x Fornino Birria Pizza blends bold Mexican flavors with classic Neapolitan technique. Slow-braised beef birria is layered onto Fornino’s signature wood-fired crust, topped with mozzarella and bright tomato sauce, then finished with a drizzle of avocado salsa verde and fresh cilantro. The result is rich, savory, and perfectly balanced — deeply comforting, with just enough brightness to keep you coming back for another bite.

Available all month long through Sunday, this collaboration is part of our National Pizza Day celebration, giving you more than just one day to indulge. On February 24 from 5–9pm, we’re teaming up with The New York Games to transform the market into a lively Mahjong party filled with energy, tradition, and community. Whether you’re a seasoned player or completely new to the game, this night is all about coming together, learning, and celebrating the season.

Expect multiple Mahjong tables, welcoming hosts to guide gameplay, and a vibrant, social atmosphere that invites you to jump in, watch, or cheer from the sidelines. Pair the games with great food and drinks from across the market and make a night of it.
