On Wednesday, December 3, Andreina Mayobre—esteemed sommelier and beverage director at Michael White's Santi—hosts the vino soirée. During the festive session, participants will taste a curated lineup of luxury wines—sparkling, bodied and sweet—selected to inspire your holiday hosting, gifting and entertaining needs. Mayobree will guide guests through each pour, sharing tasting notes, regional context, pairing ideas and what makes these bottles perfect for the season. And what's a wine tasting without snacks? As guests walk through each varietal, Fornino will be providing thoughtfully paired bites as part of this elevated holiday experience.
