61st CWAJ Print Show: Contemporary Japanese Print Exhibition and Sale

This Daikanyama print exhibition and sales event lets you enjoy and shop for works by 201 artists, including some from the winners of the show's Young Printmaker Award for 2014 and 2017. You'll get to appreciate the variety of styles, themes and techniques of up-and-coming talents, but will also learn that contemporary doesn’t necessarily mean young: case in point is a new lithograph by Toko Shinoda, the legendary 104-year-old artist. Prices range from ¥5,000 to ¥300,000, and proceeds will go to the College Women's Association of Japan's scholarship and Fukushima relief projects.
