Time Out says

'Accidentally Wes Anderson' is a term used to describe a style or aesthetic reminiscent of the films of American film director Wes Anderson, known for his distinctive and whimsical visual style. The term was popularised by the Instagram account @accidentallywesanderson, which features photographs of real-life locations worldwide that resemble the sets of Anderson's movies. The photographs on the account and in the exhibition often feature symmetrical compositions, bold colours and quirky details evocative of Anderson's films.

After a successful stint in South Korea in 2022, the Accidentally Wes Anderson (AWA) exhibition is now set to show at Warehouse Terrada this April. The collection features about 300 photographs from the AWA Instagram account, epitomising the filmmaker's aesthetics with symmetrical composition and pastel colours.
