Time Out says

Note: this event is not in Tokyo, but currently in Hokkaido.

This art festival focuses on the theme of humanity and nature in Japan from the perspective of people with disabilities. Running until February 2022, the festival includes a variety of events, such as performing arts shows by people with disabilities and art brut exhibitions, held at different locations throughout Japan, including the central Tokai region and the Hokuriku region of northwestern Honshu. Accessibility is a key focus for the event, with features such as sign language interpretation and wheelchair-friendly seats, while some projects are even available for viewing online.

Additional events are also planned for Japan’s Kanto and Tohoku regions. More details will be announced on the official website.
