Ayami Nishimura by Rankin: Make Up

London-based makeup artist Ayami Nishimura's bold work has adorned the covers of magazines including Vogue, Dazed & Confused and Numéro. For her first collaboration with fashion snapper Rankin, she created a series of cyber-themed designs that make the models look they just stepped out of a sumptuously realised sci-fi flick – which was presumably the point. Diesel Art Gallery will be displaying over 20 images from the resulting art book, Ayami Nishimura by Rankin, accompanied by a video documenting the duo's work process.
