Brian Alfred: Techno Garden

US artist Brian Alfred has made a career out of exploring the theme of man versus nature, working in painting, collage, animation and other media to depict depopulated urban worlds and the impact of technology on the environment. Also a contributor to the Genbi Shinkansen, a bullet train designed specifically for the purpose of allowing passengers to enjoy cutting-edge contemporary art, Alfred now presents a selection of new paintings alongside an animated piece complete with music by American musician Logan Takahashi.
