A self-styled 'art factory', this hub for creatives occupies a former ironworks in the industrial wilds of Keihinjima, an artificial island next to Haneda Airport. It's run by the Terrada warehouse company, famed for its multitude of art facilities on Tennozu Isle, and houses a workshop space, ateliers and offices.
