Time Out says

One of the dominant streams in continental European art from the end of the 19th through the early 20th century, Art Nouveau was prevalent in genres like architecture and graphic arts, but also in glass decoration and pottery. This display at the Mitsui Museum centres on trends that originated at the 1889 and 1900 Paris world's fairs and exhibits work by famous ceramics houses like Royal Copenhagen and Meissen, as well as pieces by Japanese Art Nouveau pioneers such as Meiji era master potter Miyagawa Kozan.
