Time Out says

This retro-fitted hangout is a welcome attempt to inject a little Harajuku-style cool into musty Asakusa, but among its own more surprising attractions is a small art gallery converted from a 130-year-old warehouse. Duck through the low entrance at the back, and suddenly you’re out of 1950s Americana and into tatami territory, with admittance to the main exhibits up a steep set of traditional wooden steps. A place to try when you’re tired of the local temples.
