Furoshiki Hyakka Exhibition

Every furoshiki (traditional Japanese wrapping cloth) here are original designs and they are hand-dyed by 167 creators including a highly respected Kyoto craftsman. The designs range from big and bold prints to intricate patterns, featuring both modern and traditional options of all colours, costing just ¥1,600 each. There will also be a special exhibition of furoshiki made by children during a workshop back in August. Part of the proceeds will go to charity organisations including those that support victims affected by the typhoon in October, as well as child poverty and abuse prevention centres in Japan.
