Founded in 1998 by Yasuo Kitai, his namesake gallery has been dealing with contemporary calligraphy for a long time. The gallery represents several artists, including Sogen Chiba, whose works were displayed at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum’s ‘Ueno Artist Project’ series.
