The Hatakeyama Memorial Museum of Fine Art exhibits a collection of arts related to the tea ceremony and the profound aesthetics of 'tea taste'. You'll find everyhing from utensils, paintings, pottery and ceramics to even caligraphy – exhibits have featured six National Treasures and 32 Important Cultural Properties so far. Displays change four times a year, with 40-50 pieces selected to reflect each season. The second floor features a traditional Japanese tea room with tatami floors and more exhibits.
