Time Out says

Shortly after Yayoi Kusama moved to New York in 1957, she began painting her series of ‘Infinity Nets’, which quickly led her to be one of the most talked about avant-garde figures in the art world. This exhibition focuses on some of her earliest ‘Infinity Nets’ as well as one of her most recent series titled ‘My Eternal Soul’.

Kusama has described her work as a way of transcending time and space through repetition. In addition to her series of paintings, Kusama will also be exhibiting her stainless steel pumpkin sculptures, some of which have never been displayed in Japan before.

Note: Tickets are not sold at the door. You’ll need to purchase a timed ticket from the museum website for admission with a designated 90-minute time frame.
