Time Out says

The New Otani Museum continues to flaunt the riches of its collection – sorry, we mean celebrate its 20th anniversary – with this display of Hokusai's complete 'Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji' and its Parisian counterpart, 'Thirty-Six Views of the Eiffel Tower', by turn-of-the-century French ukiyo-e enthusiast Henri Rivière. The Otani has showed Rivière's series before, back in 2006, but the decision to pair it with the works that originally inspired it is a bold one. More importantly, it might help jaded viewers see Hokusai's more familiar pieces in a new light.
