In celebration of its 140th anniversary, Finnish lifestyle brand Iittala is hosting an exhibition dedicated to its collection of glassware, ceramics and porcelain at the Bunkamura museum in Shibuya. The exhibition will feature roughly 450 pieces in total, which collectively represent the company’s journey from its humble beginnings in a small village in the South of Finland to becoming one of the biggest glass manufacturers in Europe.
This event, Iittala's first travelling large-scale exhibition in Japan, will feature priceless works from the collection of the Finnish Design Museum as well as from Iittala's own archive.
