Itabashi Art Museum

Time Out says
Friendly warning! We're working hard to be accurate. But these are unusual times, so please check that venues remain open.
Operated by Itabashi Ward, this modest art museum does not have a permanent exhibition but carries a good collection of avant-garde works from the Edo, Meiji and Taisho periods, especially by artists who had close relationships with the ward. It's a bit of a walk from Shin-Takashimadaira Station nearby, but a stroll through the Akatsuka Botanical Garden and the Local History Museum will add to your Itabashi visit.
