'Lady Snowblood' illustrator and 'Dosei Jidai' creator Kazuo Kamimura (1940-1986) broke new ground on the '70s manga scene, but eventually succumbed to the inhuman demands of his profession – the man known for turning out up to 400 illustrations every month essentially worked himself to an early death. The Takehisa Yumeji Museum in Nezu now celebrates his massive body of work with displays of original drawings, sketches, notes and other carefully selected materials – around 500 pieces in total.
